The event took place in Luzhniki.According to VTsIOM, 78% of compatriots were aware of the rally-concert. Those who heard about the event dedicated to February 23 had positive emotions from the evening. 12% of Russians expressed negative feelings, 11% of respondents spoke neutrally, writes TR .The study showed that Russians highly value the importance of such events for special operation participants and their families. Of those who were aware of the concert, 79% called it a significant event for the fighters and 76% of survey participants are convinced that such a concert should have taken place.
