Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev commented on the publication that the German company Rheinmetall is negotiating the construction of its own plant in Ukraine, which will be able to produce up to 400 modern tanks per year.
According to Medvedev, this is reminiscent of the “primitive trolling of the Kiev regime”.
He called the Germans pragmatic, but warned that if they decided to build this plant “for real”, then this event would be “properly marked by greetings from Caliber and other pyrotechnic devices”.
On the eve of Medvedev also warned that a country can be recognized as a participant in hostilities if, in addition to supplying weapons, it trains personnel to handle them.
