Correspondents of “Suspilne” reported explosions in Nikolaev. In the Poltava region, according to “Suspilne” with reference to “Poltavaoblenergo”, emergency power cuts began due to the threat of shelling. A power outage was also reported in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
RBC-Ukraine reports that there were also explosions in Zhytomyr, Kiev (due to air defense), Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions.
Ukrzaliznytsia on its Telegram channel reported train delays after attacks on energy facilities. Five trains are delayed for an hour, more than ten more – for half an hour.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the last massive rocket attack against Ukraine took place on February 10. Then it was reported that the strike had been launched “on critical energy system facilities that maintain the operation of military-industrial complex enterprises and the transportation system.” The RF armed forces used not only missiles, but also unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
