In the event of a sharp deterioration in the socio-economic situation in Russia, the head of state can dismiss all those who have been part of the liberal team of the Russian government for many years.
Such a development of events was not excluded by the famous Russian economist Mikhail Khazin, DEITA.RU reports with reference to his official Telegram channel.
According to him, this step is a rather heavy and significant “asset” of Vladimir Putin, which he still keeps in reserve. After that, as the expert explained, a rapid transition to modernization and real import substitution can begin in Russia.
Everything is ready for this, noted the economist, all that is missing is the political will. As Khazin notes, the most important thing for the country in the current conditions is to launch economic growth, which, according to the expert, has not been in Russia since the end of 2013.
He believes that under the current head of the Ministry of Finance and the leadership of the Central Bank, it is impossible to get out of the crisis. The main obstacle that exists on the road to development is the lack of national investment.
