The Constitutional Court of Kuwait ruled in its session, Sunday, to invalidate the National Assembly 2022, to invalidate the decree dissolving the parliament and restoring the 2020 parliament, according to the Kuwait News Agency. "kuna".

And the court decided in the operative ruling to invalidate the entire election process, which was conducted last September in the five constituencies.

And it acknowledged the invalidity of the membership of those who declared their victory in it, due to the invalidity of the dissolution of the National Assembly, and the invalidity of inviting voters to elect members of the Council.

According to the ruling, Marzouq Al-Ghanim will return as president, and all deputies in the previous parliament will return to their seats, according to Al-Qabas newspaper.

On March 8, the Constitutional Court decided to reserve electoral appeals in all constituencies.

The Constitutional Court considered electoral appeals regarding the last ballot, which took place in September of last year.
