Today, the Ministry of Labor organized an introductory seminar under the title "New services for managing work permits"This is within the framework of efforts to educate the owners of establishments about the updates made by the Ministry of Labor departments on the services provided within the strategy of developing and upgrading smart electronic services in the labor sector, and contributing to facilitating and speeding up the delivery of services provided to customers with the Ministry. During the seminar, representatives of the Work Permits Department reviewed the most prominent new services for six different requests, including: a work permit request, a work permit renewal request, a request to cancel a work permit, a request to issue a labor recruitment approval, a request to renew the validity of a labor recruitment approval, and a request to amend a labor recruitment approval. At the end of the seminar, representatives of the administration answered the inquiries and questions of the establishment owners about the new services related to the management of work permits. It should be noted that the organization of this symposium is part of a series of symposiums organized by the Ministry with the aim of enhancing the awareness of establishment owners of its electronic services without the need to visit the Ministry’s external offices as part of its endeavor to speed up the completion of transactions and simplify procedures for the public.
