On the eve of his visit to Russia, which will take place from March 20 to 22, the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping wrote an article for RIA Novosti and Rossiyskaya Gazeta. The general secretary of the Communist Party of China noted that his trips to the Russian Federation always yield excellent results.
Such successes, according to Xi Jinping, allowed the leaders of the two powers to open a new chapter in Russian-Chinese relations.
The Kremlin said the Chinese leader would arrive in Moscow at the personal invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the meeting, state leaders will discuss issues of relations, global partnership and strategic interaction.
Previously, the Russian leader published an article “Russia and China – a forward-looking partnership” in the Chinese newspaper “People’s Daily”, in which he assessed relations between Moscow and Beijing. The material in Russian was published on the official Kremlin website.
