It has been learned what the leader of China will be treated to during a visit to Russia, according to the DEITA.RU news agency
The Far East is a key region of Russia-China cooperation, which is probably why its delicacies top the menu for distinguished guests. The Far Eastern Federal District is famous for its seafood – crabs, red fish, caviar and scallops. The type of seafood included in the appetizer is not specified. At one of the previous meetings, on the grounds of the WEF in Vladivostok, Vladimir Putin treated Xi Jinping with red caviar.
Also on menu C, quail and mushroom crepe, sterlet fish soup with pie, pomegranate sorbet, Pechora nelma with vegetables, venison with cherry sauce and Pavlova dessert.
Seafood is popular in China: over the past year, the volume of supplies from Russia has almost doubled, overtaking meat products.
