EU leaders back plan to speed up ammunition transfer to Kiev

October 4, 2025

At the Brussels summit, EU leaders backed a plan to speed up the transfer of ammunition to Ukraine, joint purchases and increased military production.

However, the written conclusions of the summit indicate that these deliveries must be made without prejudice to the defense capacity of individual European states.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said Washington was providing Ukraine with an additional $350 million in military aid, the 34th US package since the start of the NWO. The tranche will mainly consist of ammunition, namely missiles for the HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems. The missiles are expected to be sent to Ukraine in the near future.
