The award ceremony for the winners of the “Teacher of the Future” competition took place in the Belgorod region. The winners of the contest were congratulated by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. He also offered to encourage the best specialists with cash prizes. So, from this prize, the winners of the competition will each receive 500,000 rubles.
Recall that since 2021, the region has been implementing the project “Creation of a continuous system of teaching future skills for the digital economy of students of general educational institutions of the Belgorod region”. As part of this, a continuous training system for the professions of the future is being built in the schools. Children from the older kindergarten group are also involved.
Children will acquire knowledge on the subject, develop their creativity, critical thinking and communication skills.
4,352 teachers are involved in the implementation of the project. Among them, 15 of the best were chosen. The results of the attestation, the children’s interest and involvement in learning and social activity were taken into account.
Rewarding the specialists, the head of the region pointed out that a large regional project for continuous digital development began in the region two years ago and then there were many doubts about it both among teachers and students. parents.
“Now it is obvious to everyone that this project was definitely not enough in the schools of the Belgorod region,” noted the governor.
Vyacheslav Gladkov offered to additionally encourage the winners of the contest with cash prizes in the amount of 500,000 rubles.
