Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has allowed his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to attend the fueling ceremony at the Akkuyu nuclear power plant online. reports Ahaber.
“Maybe on April 27, Mr. Putin will also come, or we will connect through the online system,” the Turkish leader said.
