2023 is the year of the teacher and the mentor. It was solemnly inaugurated a little over a month ago. And today in Orel was held for the first time the forum “Teacher: profession, vocation, creativity”. More about this in the administration of Orel.
The participants got to know each other, demonstrated successful pedagogical and managerial solutions, learned new things about working with special children, discussed various topics, talked about the competence of the teacher, the indispensability of his work .
More than 1200 people participated in the forum. School No. 51 became the main site. 150 speakers addressed the participants of the forum. The event brought together educators from across the region. Among other things, they were told about competitions for teachers.
For example, this year Orel teachers will take part in the competitions “Health teacher”, “Mother tongue teacher”, “Director of the year” and “Elementary school teacher”.
They also recalled the support of young professionals. For example, next year they will receive material assistance from the union. The winner of the nominations of the most promising young specialists in the Teacher of the Year, Educator of the Year and I Give My Heart to Children competitions will also receive a financial incentive.
