At the time indicated, the northerner worked as a lawyer in Apatity and represented the interests of a local resident in a criminal case. The victim asked the woman to withdraw her money in the amount of 100,000 rubles from the storage room.
According to the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Murmansk region, the lawyer had to transfer the funds to the defendant’s mother. Despite the order, the northerner appropriated the money and spent it at her discretion.
The violation has been recorded. During the proceedings, the lawyer did not admit her guilt, but the employees of the FSB department of the region confirmed the fact of the crime.
As a result, the woman was fined 300,000 rubles. She was also banned from working as a lawyer for a year.
