Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Vilfand said when it is better to change winter tires to summer tires

Residents of southern Russia should wait with the change from winter tires to summer tires on their car. It is reported that the best time for this will be the period after April 5. The Muscovites, on the other hand, are expected to change their tires after April 10. Such advice was given by Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
“In the south of Russia, after the 5th it is already possible to change shoes, in Moscow it is not advisable before April 10,” he told RIA Novosti.
He also reminded that the tire change should be carried out if at least for five days the air temperature at night did not fall below 5 degrees above zero.
Earlier it was reported that traffic on the M-4 Don highway in the Rostov region has been fully restored. Blocked traffic from Kamensk-Shakhtinsky to Krasny Sulin, which was closed due to snowfall, has been restored, traffic is moving in a dense stream on the 905-944 kilometer section of the road.
Due to the snowfall that covered the area, the height of snowdrifts in some areas reached half a meter. There has not been such a snowfall in the Rostov region for 30 years. The element, abnormal for March, paralyzed the west of the region. Trains stopped, about 35,000 people lost power. Vilfand tells when it is better to change winter tires for summer tires
