The regional court in Grodno, Belarus, found her guilty of incitement to social hatred and discord, as well as illegal collection of data on the private life and personal data of law enforcement officers, judges, civil servants and journalists. In total, about 240 people were injured, information about which was published on Telegram channels.
Later, Sofya was added to the list of those involved in terrorism, under number 1026. In June 2022, the convict approached Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko with a request for pardon, but it was refused, because for this it is necessary to meet a number of conditions, including serving half of the sentence.
