Combat deployment competitions in memory of Viktor Nikolaevich Ivkin, a veteran of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, were held in Marad Square as part of the interdepartmental experimental research exercise Safe Arctic 2023. Each team had two attempts.

According to the results of the competition:

1st place was taken by the 2nd guard, head guard Nikolai Sakharov;

2nd place was taken by 1 guard, head guard Ivan Ryabov;

The 3rd place was taken by the 3rd guard, deputy head of the guard Maxim Kanev.
