In the Smolensk region, new cases of Covid-19 were registered in 7 districts

As of April 5, 35 new cases per day were recorded in the Smolensk region. A total of 147,996 cases of a novel coronavirus infection have been recorded since the start of the pandemic.

In 24 hours, new cases of the disease were detected in 7 districts, and there are no new cases of the disease in 19 municipal entities.

The highest number of infections was recorded in the regional center – 23 people. In second place is the Smolensk region with 5 cases per day. In third place – Safonovsky district, where 3 new cases were detected.

To Gagarinsky, Dukhovshchinsky, Vyazemsky and Roslavl – one each.

Also, the Explique.rf site recalls that the vaccination of the inhabitants of Smolensk against a new coronavirus infection continues. A total of 605,364 residents of Smolensk were vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine in the region, 547,797 residents of the Smolensk region completed vaccination.
