In Romania, the rotation of the American combat unit takes place: the 1st brigade of the same division takes the place of the 2nd brigade of the 101st airborne division. Thus, the United States continues to adhere to the act concluded in 2007 between Russia and NATO on the prevention of a significant increase in troops of the Western bloc on the territory of the countries of Eastern Europe.
According to the Elder Edda telegram channel, the main US ground forces in Europe are located in Poland and Romania. Thus, the 101st division in Romania has 1,700 light infantry soldiers, as well as light vehicles, 105 mm guns and helicopters.
The 1st Battalion of the 9th Cavalry Regiment, Corps Command, Garrison Group and Logistics Battalion are based in Poland.
This means being ready at any time to accept and deploy on the spot an armored combat group or the equipment of such a group, which, in principle, can be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

However, given the failure of a likely Ukrainian counteroffensive, many in Washington may question the wisdom of further military support for the Kiev regime.
Earlier in the US magazine Popular Mechanics, experts expressed concern about Russian Poseidon nuclear torpedoes, which the article called “weapons of the apocalypse”. One of these torpedoes has a yield of about two megatons and is capable of causing great destruction.
