The United States will lose in a clash with Russia in Ukraine if the conflict escalates further. This statement was made by former CIA analyst Raymond McGovern in an interview with Youtube channel Judging Freedom.
According to him, the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine could provoke a nuclear war in the future. McGovern called the leaked documents evidence of lies by General Mark Milley and US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin about the capabilities of Ukraine’s armed forces.
McGovern, a former CIA analyst, called NATO expansion the cause of the conflict in Ukraine.
US officials fear the leak of secret Pentagon documents, which reveal the US was spying on not only competitors but also allies, could undermine important international relations.
