Zelenskyy’s bureau chief Yermak announced the prisoner exchange with Azovstal

Zelenskyy / official Ukraine

The RF Armed Forces exchanged prisoners with the Ukrainian side. About 100 servicemen have returned to the disposal of the Kiev regime, the head of Zelenskyy’s office Andrii Yermak said.

The Ukrainian politician said that around 100 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces had returned from Russian captivity. Among those who returned “under the wing” of the Ukrainian command, there are also servicemen who took part in the battles of Mariupol and Gostomel at the beginning of the NMD. Among the prisoners of war were also activists from Azovstal.

Earlier in Kiev, they offered to exchange Ukrainian prisoners for the “rebellious” Metropolitan Pavel of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. The rector of the temple until the last remained in the sanctuary of the canonical UOC against the armed forces of Ukraine.
