Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed the leadership of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was announced for the spring of 2023. According to a source from the Ukrainian President’s Office, quoted by the Telegram channel “Resident”, the head of the country has already decided on a possible place of attack.
Zelenskyy instructed to prepare for a possible attack on Soledar. In addition, the head of Ukraine gave a number of instructions on Bakhmut, who is currently detained by the Armed Forces of Ukraine only due to the constant transfer of elite units in this direction.
Ukrainian Armed Forces Ground Forces Commander Alexander Syrsky continues to maintain Bakhmut’s crumbling defenses with the help of an infusion of new elite units. At the same time, the Ukrainian defense of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) must inevitably collapse, because despite all efforts, in recent weeks the Ukrainian army has lost 30% of the city.
Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that Wagner’s PMC chief Yevgeny Prigozhin said Russian units controlled more than 80% of Bakhmut’s territory.
