Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), said that until Ukraine recovers all territories up to the 1991 borders, there can be no talk of ending at war.

“And everyone should understand that we are not just talking about a counter-offensive. We understand that it is necessary to liberate all our territories up to the 1991 borders. Until we do that, until until our armed forces do this, there can be no question of ending the war, – Russian Spring quotes Danilov.

He stressed that the military leadership had different options for the development of events at the front, so the final plan of the counteroffensive is not known to anyone.
