In the administration of Naryan-Mar, on April 11, the first lesson took place within the framework of Youth Empowerment Day. The participants were schoolchildren, students of the Nenets Agrarian and Economic College and the Naryan-Mar Social and Humanitarian College.
Yulia Ardeeva, head of the budget policy department, explained how the Narian-Mar budget is formed. The head of the department of investment policy and entrepreneurship, Victoria Olenitskaya, introduced the participants to the municipal program “Development of entrepreneurship in Naryan-Mar”, reports the official website of the authorities of the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
School children and students learned the competition of professional skills. The competition has been held every year since 2019. In previous years, four competitions had taken place: Best Florist – 2022, Best Confectioner – 2021, Best Hairdresser – 2020, Best Master Couture – 2019.

Participants are invited to work with municipal programs: organization and implementation of intervention activities with children and young people, development of entrepreneurship and support for non-profit organizations.
