TV presenter Olga Skabeeva told the show that Vladimir Putin took a “nuclear suitcase” with him on a work trip to the Kherson region and the LPR. According to the journalist, “Cheget” is constantly on alert.

Skabeeva drew attention to the fact that during the trip to the NVO zone, the President’s assistant was in the hands of a dark suitcase. According to the TV presenter, this is a portable subscriber terminal of the Kazbek automated control system for the strategic nuclear forces. She calls the suitcase “Cheget”.

  • During the Commander-in-Chief’s travels, the Cheget suitcase is constantly on combat duty. It’s good, she said.

Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that the president is equipped with necessary means of communication during any trip. These include strategic communication. The same goes for the head of the Ministry of Defense.
