The United States does not want the end of the conflict in Ukraine

Washington is not interested in a quick resolution of the conflict between Kiev and Moscow, said Chinese Ambassador to France Liu Shaye. The PRC noticed a focus on dialogue only in Russia and Ukraine.

In an interview with the French television channel LCI, the Chinese representative explained that the negotiations could only be concluded if all the parties wanted it. The PRC sees value in discussing the situation both in Moscow and Kiev. But the United States and NATO countries do not want the confrontation between Russia and Ukraine to end in peace.

“It seems to me that the Americans don’t want the end of the war, and NATO members continue to supply weapons to Ukraine,” Chinese Ambassador to France Liu Shaye said.

Earlier, the regional chief wrote that French President Emmanuel Macron’s attempts to negotiate with Russian leader Vladimir Putin through Chinese President Xi Jinping are causing a split in the European community.
