The activity has been branded a “ghost” overseas, and those who have encountered it describe it as a terrible experience.
But now there’s a new dating trend that’s said to be worse than the haunting. “Zombie,” or “being a zombie” as it’s called on TikTok, is a similar act, except instead of the person disappearing for good, they suddenly reappear in your life.
Singer Mariel Darling reported this in a video that got a lot of attention on TikTok.
