Hollywood star Margot Robbie made a spectacular appearance at the Met Gala in New York in a black Chanel bodycon dress from 1993, in which Cindy Crawford had already shone on the catwalks and at the height of her modeling career.

The dress from the Chanel archive collection was slightly modified for Robbie, the actress herself confessed to journalists about this: “I’m at Chanel, this dress was worn by Cindy Crawford in 1993. They remade it for me, and it’s obviously Karl’s design.”

Recall that this year (2023) Met Gala is dedicated to the work of fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, who in different years was the creator of Chanel, Fendi and his own brand.
