Peskov said the traditional Victory Day reception in the Kremlin will not take place

The traditional reception held at the Kremlin on Victory Day on May 9 will not take place this year. The information was announced by President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Asked by RIA Novosti on the event, the official representative of the Kremlin replied in the negative.

On the night of May 3, the Kremlin was attacked by two drones. Flying objects were noticed in the Moscow region, but did not have time to react. As a result, the drones flew to the Russian President’s residence with a difference of 16 minutes.

The devices did not have time to attack the target, they were shot down using radar warfare, no one was injured. President Vladimir Putin was in Novo-Ogaryovo at the time of the attack.
