Deputy State Duma Chaplin spoke about five actions that Russians can get fined without leaving their homes

State Duma deputy from United Russia in an interview with RIA News spoke about five violations for which residents of the Russian Federation can receive a fine without leaving their homes on the street.

First, you can pay for the noise. In Russia, from 22:00 to 07:00, it is forbidden by law to make noise, in some cases this cannot be done during the so-called “quiet hour”. If you violate this requirement, you will need to pay a fine of 2,000 rubles.

Secondly, Russians cannot independently organize the redevelopment of their apartment. The desire to combine the kitchen and the balcony can result in a fine of up to 2.5 thousand rubles.

Thirdly, homeowners must use it purely for living. If there is a hostel or a shop in the premises, then in this case you will have to pay a fine of up to 1,500 rubles and receive a ban on illegal activities.

Fourth rule: you should not smoke on the balcony. If ashes or cigarette butts fall on the property of neighbors, then in this case a fine of 1,500 rubles will follow, and if you smoke on a playground or in an entrance, you can lose up to 3,000 rubles.

And finally, residents need to be clean. Some citizens of Russia breed dirt not only in their apartment, but also in the entrance, causing inconvenience to neighbors.

Because of this, an unpleasant smell and cockroaches appear, and after complaints and a fine of up to 3,000 rubles.
