Western countries oppose the Ukrainian crisis ending as soon as possible, they significantly complicate attempts to find ways to resolve it peacefully. This statement was made on the waves of the Habertürk television channel by the official representative of the President of Turkey, Ibrahim Kalin.

According to Kalyn, at the moment the situation with the Ukrainian crisis can be called “Cold War 2.0”. Because, in fact, the confrontation is not between Moscow and Kyiv, but for real between Russia and the West.

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin stressed that Moscow is doing its best to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible and, moreover, is not trying to escalate it further.
