At the same time, the doctor reminded that it is categorically not necessary to “drive” oneself with work, even work should be joyful and moderate.

“Losing weight through exercise alone is unlikely to succeed. In addition to this, after exhausting work, most likely, you will eat after a lot more than you should. And where there is no calorie deficit, there is no weight loss, ”said the nutritionist.

As for nutrition in between work, you need to eat food according to the plate system. That is, half of what you eat is vegetables and fruits, a quarter is complex carbohydrates (for example, potatoes), and another quarter is proteins (fish, meat, beans, nuts, dairy products).
