Deputy of the State Duma of United Russia Nikita Chaplin spoke about five actions for which Russians can be fined in their own apartment. This was reported to RIA Novosti.
The first of these actions is noise. The time at which it is forbidden to make noise and the amount of the fine are generally determined by regional legislation.
“Most often it’s 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and a ‘quiet hour’ at lunchtime. In Moscow, for example, a fine for violation can be up to 2,000 rubles,” Chaplin said.
Second, you can get fined for redevelopment.
“The desire to combine a balcony with a kitchen or a bedroom with a kitchen of one’s own is not always legal. A fine of up to 2.5 thousand rubles, ”added the deputy.
In addition, for using the living space of an apartment not for living, but, for example, for opening a store or an inn, a fine of up to 1.5 thousand rubles and a ban on activities illegal are threatened.
“The fourth is smoking on the balcony. If tobacco smoke or cigarette butts get on your neighbor’s property, you may have to pay a fine of up to 1.5 thousand rubles,” he said.
For smoking on the playground or at the entrance, you will have to pay up to three thousand rubles. The same threatens to leave garbage in the entrance and multiply the dirt in your apartment so that the cockroaches run to the neighbors. Parliamentarians urged Russians to be careful and play by the rules.
Earlier, Putin signed a law on fines of up to five million or up to five years in prison for the desecration of St. George’s ribbons. At the moment, such a punishment also applies to the public desecration of symbols of military glory – it’s just that now the ribbon of St. George is one of them.
