Did you know that one in three people gets cancer in their lifetime and that one in three people diagnosed in this country come to Ljósinin for rehabilitation?
La lumière proudly presents a new campaign with the title “Clock, you are the one”. The phrase “good luck” is not only a reference to the striking fact that one in three people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, but also a challenge for companies, individuals and associations to watch over and strengthen the Light.
The campaign video was unveiled in Ljósin today, where First Lady Eliza Reid launched the project, see also: Ljósin clocks the nation!
Musician Ásgeir Trausti contributes to the project with a reissue of the song Ekkert by Stefán Hilmarsson and Jens Hansson which changes the campaign song.
The light serves people who have been diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones in a variety of ways.
More than 600 people visit Ljósin every month, but in 2022 there were almost 30,000 visits to rehabilitation centers in Ljósin.
