London. There is relief news for the England cricket team before the Test match against Ireland. The team’s fast bowler Ollie Robinson’s knee is fine and he will join the team before the match. Scans showed no damage to Robinson’s left ankle.

In fact, last week, Robinson was injured while playing for Sussex in the County Championship Division-2. He had a problem with his left ankle while playing the match against Glamorgan. After this, he was scanned on Monday, which showed that there was no damage to his ankle.

Giving an update on Tuesday, the England Cricket Board (ECB) said that Ollie Robinson had a scan on Monday. The results of the scan showed that there was no damage to the ankle. Robinson will link up with the England Test team later this week ahead of the one-off Test against Ireland at Lord’s starting June 1. Robinson is part of the England Test squad.

It is noteworthy that the only Test match against Ireland will be played at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London from June 1. At the same time, after this, the Ashes series between England and Australia is to start from 16 June.
