On April 17, a round table was held in the Russian-Chinese Committee for Peace, Friendship and Development on the topic “Russian-Chinese interregional business cooperation 2023”. The event was organized by the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights to the President of the Russian Federation and the Russian-Chinese Committee, Friendship, Peace and Development.
As part of the round table, Russian companies met with a Chinese delegation represented by CODA (China Overseas Development Association), an all-Chinese public body that provides services for the development of overseas investment, advises and links between companies. Russian companies were able to communicate with Chinese colleagues from various fields – pharmaceutical, financial, insurance, engineering and geotechnical, construction, logistics, agriculture, high technology and IT, e-commerce, as well as various production fields. Roundtable participants discussed issues related to small business development, cooperation in international trade, energy, construction of infrastructure and industrial facilities, as well as cooperation in the field of insurance and financing.
