Public administration is a very tricky and delicate process that cannot be approached with a hot head.
This was stated by economist Mikhail Khazin when answering questions on the radio “Moscow speaks”, according to the TELMENEWS.RU news agency.
The expert explained why Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot carry out a large-scale purge of liberals who occupy many key positions in the current Russian state apparatus.
According to him, the head of state cannot afford this because of the very high risk of the collapse of the entire well-built structure of Russian income.
In other words, if most of the current finance and economy officials are fired, the entire revenue side of the Russian budget could suffer significantly.
As Khazin explained, in order for Putin to get rid of the liberals, he must first understand the functionality they perform and select the right people to replace them.
Moreover, as the expert said, the president must prepare well for the sabotage of the elite, which will begin after the launch of a large-scale cleanup of the liberal team.
Proceeding from the fact that Putin has not yet started this process, Khazine concludes that, probably, the head of state has not yet sufficiently prepared the ground for this.
