Dubai’s Sheikh Hamdan Extends Prayers and Support for Missing Individuals in Titanic Submarine Search

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expresses concern and offers prayers for the safe return of five individuals who went missing during a dive to explore the wreckage of the Titanic.

Dubai, UAE – In a poignant display of empathy and concern, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has offered prayers and support for the safe return of five individuals who have gone missing during a daring expedition to explore the historic wreckage of the Titanic, reported Arabian Business .

Expressing his deep worries and thoughts for the well-being of those involved, Sheikh Hamdan took to Twitter to extend his heartfelt prayers and wishes for the successful rescue and safe return of the missing explorers.

Among the group of adventurers who went missing during the dive were Captain Hamish Harding, a Dubai-based British expat and Chairman of Action Aviation, along with British-based Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son, Suleman. Additionally, French submersible pilot Paul-Henri Nargeolet and Stockton Rush, the chief executive of OceanGate Expeditions, were part of the team that vanished during the exploration of the iconic Titanic wreck.

“While search teams are working hard to rescue passengers of the OceanGate Submarine: Hamish Harding, Shahzada Dawood, his son Suleman, Paul-Henry Nargeolet, and Stockton Rush; Dubai and its people pray for their safety and hopeful return home. We are following the updates anxiously and are unified in our prayers for them and their families during these difficult times,” wrote Dubai’s Crown Prince Hamdan on his official twitter .

Sheikh Hamdan’s tweet not only highlighted the dedication and tireless efforts of the search teams currently engaged in locating the missing passengers of the OceanGate Submarine but also emphasized the unity and solidarity of Dubai and its people. In these trying times, the Crown Prince assured that the thoughts, prayers, and support of the entire Dubai community are with the missing individuals and their families.
