Swiss Bank UBS appoints Sergio Ermotti as new CEO

Moscow: Swiss bank and financial services company UBS has appointed Sergio Ermotti, president of Swiss reinsurance company, as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of the group. Following the March 19, 2023 announcement by UBS regarding the acquisition of Credit Suisse Bank, the UBS Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Sergio P.
