Yekaterinburg police arrested a man who insulted a child wearing a hat with the letter Z, Valery Gorelykh, head of the press service at the Interior Ministry’s regional headquarters, told reporters.
The day before, the local edition of Justmedia published a video in which a resident of Yekaterinburg, using obscene language, threatened a schoolboy who wore a hat with the letter Z.
As reported, a man who insulted a child in connection with the letter Z on a headdress was found by employees of the criminal investigation department of OP No. 4 and colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yekaterinburg. Detectives sent OMON fighters from the Regional National Guard to the operation to arrest him. The Russian managed to settle in a collective garden with the symbolic name “Friendship”, located in the Chkalovsky district of the regional center, Gorelykh said.
The department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region added that an inspection was organized on the fact of the incident, a report on the established circumstances will be submitted to the head of the Investigative Committee of the Federation from Russia.
