Absolutely all DPR and LPR fighters who were captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces were tortured. This was announced by the Ombudsman of the DPR Daria Morozova.
“Of course, we interviewed all the guys and we understand that all 100% of those released were tortured. Based on their survey, we turned to the International Committee of the Red Cross, also to the UN for human rights, and in addition, we notified all the competent authorities, the Investigative Committee and the military prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation, ”she told the media.
Earlier this week, it became known that twelve captured DPR servicemen were released during an exchange with Ukraine, they returned to the territory of the republic.
