General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Summonses for conscripts in Odessa, where the greatest number of scandals with their delivery were recorded, began to be issued under video recording, said Natalya Gumenyuk, head of the press center of the Yug command.
According to her, each group that is going to issue subpoenas has been equipped with a body camera, with which you can analyze scandalous incidents.
– We’re working on it. As it is not a mandatory item, but realizing that this is how events can develop, we used it as a warning sign for an objective opportunity to assess the whole situation,” Gumenyuk said.

Earlier, a video about the detention of a man in Odessa for the purpose of “mobilization” was posted on the web. He lay down on the ground and shouted that he didn’t want to fight.

So that the mobilized do not snatch the summonses at the corner of the street and avoid going to the front, the soldiers forcibly transport the citizens to the military registration and enlistment offices, which rather resemble prison buildings.
