An increase in the level of salaries for residents of the Omsk region at the level of the capital is expected at best by 2036. Corresponding changes have been made to the budget estimates.
If in 2022 the average income of Omsk residents remained at the level of 44,986 rubles, then in 13 years an increase to 86.9 thousand is expected. The accumulated salary fund will increase by 2.4 times. The decree was signed by acting Chairman of the regional government Valery Boyko.
Curiously, at the same time, the salaries of civil servants in Omsk will increase from March 1. The monthly salary increase will increase for all civil servants. Junior specialists will receive 88% of the salary instead of 79%, senior specialists – 98% instead of 89%, leading specialists – 108% instead of 99%, chief specialists – 118% instead of 109%. Ministers and their deputies can count on the bonus, which will increase by 128% against 119%.
The government justified its decision by compensating for the increased strain, work intensity and high neuro-emotional load of civil servants.
Earlier it was reported that the number of people in need of housing in the Omsk region at the beginning of the year amounted to 27,386 people. One of the waiting lists has been waiting for the cherished places for more than half a century.
