Investments in the amount of 110 billion rubles will be invested in the development of a new tourist complex, which will be built in the Sheregesh ski resort, reports OTR. An agreement has been signed between the investor and the government of the Kemerovo region.The project is divided into two stages, the first of which is the commissioning of four hotels with a total area of more than 55,000 square meters, as well as complexes. At the second stage, high-speed cable cars, ski slopes, a spa complex, cafes and restaurants will appear.
