The Russian military shot down three Ukrainian Mi-8 military helicopters in the past day, the Defense Ministry report said.
Two helicopters were shot down by fighter jets near the village of Suvorovo in the DPR and near Pokrovsky in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Another helicopter was shot down by an air defense system near Novoselivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.
