Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Doctors from Nizhny Novgorod sewed a severed hand to a young Kovrovite

The incident happened on Wednesday, March 1. A 16-year-old boy from Kovrov was chopping firewood in the yard of the house and by an absurd accident cut his right hand. The unfortunate was quickly taken to the PIMU in Nizhny Novgorod. There, the luminaries of trauma and orthopedics did the near impossible – they assembled a severed hand piece by piece. But, as the doctors say, this limb reimplantation operation alone is clearly not enough for the maximum restoration of all functions.

The teenager will have to undergo a series of operations. But for now, the blood supply to the limb has been restored, but there is still moderate soft tissue swelling.

Recall that it is PIMU which this year plans to open its branch in Vladimir on the basis of the flagship university of the 33rd region.
