The Tver Proletarsky district prosecutor’s office carried out an inspection in house number 44 on Spartak Street, where the Berg barracks are located. Violations were found in the activities of the management company.
In the building, recognized as an architectural monument of the 20th century, there is a destruction of the facade along the entire perimeter. In addition, the glazing is partially missing on the landing and the electrical supply system of the house is in an abnormal state.
The district attorney sent a complaint to the court, where he requested that the Penal Code be charged with responsibility for repairing the building. Violations must be eliminated within six months from the date of entry into force of the court decision. The requirements of the department have been met, the resolution has not yet entered into force.
