Kirill Logvinov, acting permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the European Union, said the content of the EU’s tenth package of restrictions against Russia turned out to be quite predictable.
He stressed that these restrictions in practice will change little for the Russian Federation.
“EU countries have again expanded various illegitimate blacklists and export and import restrictions. Among other things, changes have been made to its legislation. There is nothing good about it, but in practice these measures will change little,” Logvinov said.
According to him, the new sanctions will not particularly affect the practice, as many supply chains were interrupted long before the introduction of formal restrictions. At the moment, Russian companies were ready for the announced restrictions.
Logvinov clarified that the tenth package of restrictions against the Russian Federation, as well as all subsequent ones, should be seen as an impetus for the Russian economy.
