A centralized employment service model has been set up in the region, bringing together all of the department’s municipal services. The structure includes 12 inter-district and regional branches. A pilot project is implemented in Bely, Sonkovo and Molokovo: employees of the employment service provide public services in MFC branches.
In the regional center for employment, special attention will be paid to vocational guidance of the young generation, employment of young professionals, provision of personnel for enterprises of the Upper Volga region and helping to build career paths for citizens. A targeted approach to solving each of the living situations of the residents of the region and the business situations of the employers will be implemented in each municipality.
The centralized model will allow the introduction of uniform forms of work, a control system and flexible management. In the field, employees are relieved of support functions, which will allow them to focus on the provision of employment services and improve the quality of their delivery. The work was carried out as part of a comprehensive reform of the employment service of the Russian Federation. Managers and specialists from the employment service have been trained.
The next stage of transformation will be modernization under the Job of Russia brand in 2025.
The first in the Upper Volga region were modernized employment centers in Tver and Rameshki. This experiment will be extended to all the points of presence of the employment service in the municipalities.
Since 2023, employment services have been transferred to electronic form. Applications to the employment service are submitted through the Jobs of Russia portal.
