Ten women from Tambov in uniform celebrated March 8 by participating in the functional all-around. Today, March 7, one of Tambov’s fitness centers held functional all-around competitions among women of the region’s power structures “Worthy Women of a Great Country”.
The program of the sporting event that day was also dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Dynamo Society. The struggle of representatives of the Dynamo physical culture teams of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the UFSSP and the Russian guard was observed by the correspondent of MK in Tambov.

According to Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service, Head of the Educational and Sports Department of the Tambov Regional Organization of the CSO VFSO “Dynamo” Mikhail Medvedev, traditionally such competitions for law enforcement employees were held on the field shooting. Shooters took part.
– This time we decided to change the tradition and have an open competition for our beautiful ladies in uniform. The tasks are feasible, the girls are all physically prepared, they not only meet the TRP standards, but also pass tests in their power structures, – commented Mikhail Medvedev.
Yulia Sevostyanova, sergeant of the National Guard of the Tambov region, responsible cadre of the press service, is a beginner in these competitions.

– Such competitions are taking place for the first time, Dynamo organized them, one might say, at our request. I play sports as an amateur, I haven’t prepared myself, to be honest, I don’t have time, I’m involved in service all day long. But I prepared myself mentally, I really wanted to participate. Plans, of course, for victory, worthy rivals, – emphasized Yulia.
She also noticed that if someone is happy to spend this holiday at home, enjoying rest, then she is for sports – it is entertainment and a good mood for her.
There are no random participants in the all-around, each is a representative of their national teams in sports applied to the service, and some are masters of sports from Russia.

– I am participating for the first time. I think the tasks are quite difficult, the legs are very clogged with some exercises.

Different tasks were prepared for Tambov women: 5 squats with dumbbells (two of 5 kg each), 15 pancake jumps, 10 pull-ups to the chest on a low bar, 20 pull-ups from the floor with touching the chest, 30 press elongated, 40 squats and others.
