The court dismissed the case of administrative “discredit” against the head of Nogu Svelo!

The Moscow Khoroshevsky court terminated the proceedings on the administrative report on the “discrediting” of the Russian army, drawn up against the head of Noga Svelo! Maxim Pokrovsky. On this subject informed RIA Novosti press service of the court.

According to the press service, the production was stopped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

Pokrovsky’s lawyer Alexander Peredruk said that the protocol was drawn up due to a publication on VKontakte dated March 2022. The lawsuits were dropped because the statute of limitations for such offenses is three months.

“The offense was identified in 2022 by the police, about which the court agreed with the argument of the defense and dismissed the case of the administrative offense. In fact, the guilt was not established, there will be no sanction”, underlined the defender (quote according to SOTA).

Protocol under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“discrediting” the Russian military), written against Pokrovsky, was registered in court two weeks ago, on March 13. The musician was threatened with up to 50,000 rubles. GOOD.
